Our Mission
To operate as the premier blood donor center and transfusion service for all military personnel, their family members and dependents in the Tidewater region. As one of 22 blood donor centers for the ASBP, we provide life-saving blood products to medical treatment facilities and active duty military personnel in combat theaters around the globe.

To work effectively and efficiently to ensure that life-saving blood products are available for all active duty personnel, their family members and dependents, wherever and whenever needed.
